📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and ambitions of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.

• Assist in mapping and engaging elite talent from premier tech hubs and companies around the globe.

• Support the rollout of an AI-first recruitment framework.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe.

• Manage the candidate journey from the initial discovery call through to the final offer.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives that establish EverAI as the leading destination for the world's top AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Proven global sourcing experience: a history of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset - we move quickly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Humble - open to learning and receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable with hiring for products that utilize uncensored models and content.
