Systems Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential technical support to enhance and maintain business systems and operational processes

• Diagnose system problems and resolve backend issues

• Guarantee the precision and reliability of data across various platforms

• Examine and address system errors and operational challenges

• Troubleshoot backend operations and integrations between systems

• Work with APIs, data mappings, and system workflows

• Identify the underlying causes of persistent technical or operational challenges

• Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues

• Clean and validate operational data

• Reconcile system reports to detect discrepancies

• Analyze inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures

• Lead or assist projects from start to finish, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication

• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of projects

• Assist in testing system updates and changes in workflows

• Clearly document processes, findings, and solutions

• Ensure consistent follow-up to guarantee that issues are completely resolved

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Provide clear updates and status tracking for issues and projects

• Collaborate across various departments

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience in working with APIs and system integrations

• Proficiency in troubleshooting backend and system issues

• Familiarity with Microsoft-based environments and business applications

• Strong skills in Excel

• Experience in data reconciliation and cleanup

• Understanding of relational data structures and workflows

• Project management experience, including planning, tracking, and executing initiatives to completion

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong follow-up skills and accountability

• Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and issues simultaneously

• Ability to conduct independent investigations and escalate appropriately

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality regarding conversations, data records, files, and other sensitive information
