Senior Revenue Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main business representative for GTM systems, collaborating closely with the EBS team.

• Lead the collection of requirements for system enhancements and integrations within the GTM technology stack.

• Convert business challenges into well-defined and structured business requirements.

• Manage user acceptance testing for system modifications and the rollout of new features.

• Identify and raise issues related to system gaps and workflow inefficiencies.

• Assist in the design and ongoing enhancement of scalable sales processes.

• Maintain and enhance the reporting infrastructure to ensure visibility for Sales leadership.

• Advocate for data hygiene and governance practices across GTM systems.

• Serve as a responsive and dependable partner to stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and EBS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role within a B2B SaaS or technology setting.

• Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory; Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with related GTM tools such as Salesloft, Cognism, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements while collaborating with technical teams to implement system enhancements.

• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and facilitating comprehensive rollouts of system modifications.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of converting data into actionable insights.

• Comfortable using AI productivity tools; familiarity with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in documenting requirements and effectively engaging with cross-functional partners.
