Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with operational stakeholders, technology vendors, and architects to enhance system and sub-system requirements along with acceptance criteria.

• Assigning requirements to lower-level components and performing technical derivation analysis as necessary.

• Utilizing MBSE and architectural framework methodologies to model functional and non-functional requirements and scenarios.

• Creating models for operational, business, and system designs and behaviors within architectural perspectives.

• Overseeing compliance assessments at both system and lower levels.

• Sustaining the high-level design while supervising the development of lower-level designs.

• Generating comprehensive engineering artifacts, including High and Low Level Designs, Interface Control Documents (ICDs) / Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and Compliance Reports.

• Organizing and conducting milestone technical reviews along with related work product deliverables.

• Administering the technical backlog and the accompanying release content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with systems modeling tools (e.g., NoMagic Cameo).

• Familiarity with Architectural Frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

• Proficiency in languages (e.g., SysML).

• Proven success in mission-critical systems integration programs.

• Capability to engage with various stakeholders and suppliers.

• Experience in developing system behavioral diagrams.

• Expertise in modeling interfaces and creating models that encapsulate functional and non-functional requirements and designs.

• Understanding of designing and delivering systems in a public cloud setting.

• Eligibility for BPSS clearance to start.

• SC clearance required for the role.
