HIM Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Ensure the Health Link platform is maintained with the most precise patient information.

• Consolidate patient charts when there are duplicate medical records while preserving the integrity of the medical record.

• Evaluate and detect patient overlays or fraud incidents; rectify the chart for patient safety to maintain a single medical record.

• Contribute to workflow enhancements, execute and assess workflows, and provide feedback on updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field. Two (2) years of pertinent experience may be accepted in place of a degree, in addition to the required experience stated below.

• Bachelor's Degree is Preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is Required.

• At least 2 years of lead-level or training experience is Preferred.

• Epic Certification must be obtained within 180 Days and is Required.

• RHIA Certification is Preferred.

• RHIT Certification is Preferred.

• CPHIMS Certification is Preferred.

• CAHIMS Certification is Preferred.
