Systems Engineer, Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and continuous operation of the Anthropic Claude platform across various business units.

• Support the creation and testing of prompts, scripts, and lightweight automations under the supervision of senior engineers.

• Facilitate the onboarding of end users and teams to Claude, providing direct assistance and addressing inquiries.

• Record, monitor, and resolve issues reported by users.

• Contribute to the testing and quality assurance of AI workflows and integrations both prior to and following their release.

• Create documentation, user guides, and best practices to promote enterprise-wide adoption.

• Gather and organize user feedback to aid the team in identifying areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a technical position such as software development, IT support, or data analysis.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience with programming concepts, including some familiarity with Python or JavaScript.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in navigating APIs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
