Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Develop user stories, use cases, and technical/functional documentation;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria;

• Assist in testing and validation processes for deliverables;

• Serve as a liaison between technical and business domains;

• Conduct impact and dependency analysis across systems;

• Aid development teams in comprehending the requirements;

• Maintain clarity, traceability, and organization of project information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in similar positions;

• Familiarity with data modeling and SQL;

• Proficient in MS SQL Server and/or DB2;

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle;

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban);

• Proficiency in demand management tools such as Jira;

• Capability to produce technical and functional documentation.

• Nice to have:

• Knowledge of screen prototyping tools (Figma);

• Experience with system integrations including:

• REST APIs;

• Message queues;

• Webhooks;

• Understanding of layered architecture concepts;

• Previous experience in structured corporate environments;

• Background in the financial sector.
