This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Windows operating system on our client devices, also contributing your expertise to tender processes.

• Your role will include the planning, development, and implementation of specialized solutions in the client environment, as well as the ongoing optimization and proactive resolution of technical challenges.

• You will ensure smooth operations by providing and managing client devices, as well as distributing current driver packages within the Microsoft environment.

• With attention to detail, you will create, maintain, and document group policies and system and operational concepts, ensuring transparency in the documentation of the IT environment.

• As part of IT service management, you will handle 2nd-level tickets and assist in the prompt and sustainable resolution of disruptions.

• You will take responsibility for the integration of new hardware models into our system landscape as part of lifecycle management, ensuring their smooth introduction.

• After your onboarding, you will participate in on-call duty, contributing to the availability of end devices in a 24/7 operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree* in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on extensive professional experience.

• Solid knowledge in the system administration of Windows clients, including group policies.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Configuration Manager.

• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and strong professional English skills, both spoken and written.

• Independence and strong analytical skills, teamwork ability, excellent communication skills, as well as a responsible and goal-oriented work approach.
