System Engineer – Security Administration, Endpoint Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of endpoint protection within our workforce, including CrowdStrike deployment and policy management, disk encryption, patch compliance, workstation configuration standards, USB/device controls, and browser security.

• Manage the operational aspects of access: provisioning when new employees join, revoking access when they leave, and ensuring that nothing is overlooked during the process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and IT issues, including employee requests, alert triage, investigation support, and escalation when necessary.

• Oversee the procurement, destruction, and re-provisioning of endpoints.

• Manage the security aspects of the employee lifecycle from start to finish: provisioning, configuration, deprovisioning, and verification.

• Ensure that endpoint and access controls are consistently aligned with corporate security policies and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security, systems administration, or a combined security operations role.

• Practical experience with endpoint management tools such as CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of identity management platforms including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, or equivalents.

• Ability to work comfortably in both Mac and Windows environments.

• Strong operational instincts: you effectively close loops, follow up diligently, and are attentive to discrepancies.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of explaining security issues to non-technical employees in an understandable manner.

• Experience with scripting or automation is a bonus (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
