System Configuration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist Sales Engineering and Commercial teams in setting up system demonstrations.

• Recognize, showcase, and explain significant intellectual property (IP) threats and solutions to both customers and potential clients.

• Contribute to the creation of exceptional demo experiences for Corsearch's brand protection systems.

• Oversee prospect demo accounts as necessary to gather insights and deliver engaging demo experiences.

• Aid in identifying pertinent IP threat examples and compiling threat example reports.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Quick to learn new concepts and systems.

• Strong coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Teams / Excel / Word / PowerPoint).

• Capability to manage large amounts of data.

• Experience with Brand Protection systems is advantageous.

• Experience working on screen activities for extended periods is preferred.
