System Analyst – Risk Decisioning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and support of risk scoring strategies and decision-making logic.

• Evaluate data flows to ensure the precision of decision parameters.

• Design and test integrations with external data sources.

• Develop and implement test plans for new releases and updates to strategies.

• Automate regression and smoke testing processes for scoring methodologies.

• Monitor incidents and engage in post-release validation activities.

• Record processes, test outcomes, and system behavior in Confluence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian and possess at least a B1 level in English (comfortable with technical documentation).

• Proven experience as a system or business analyst within retail risk decision-making (credit cards, loans, antifraud).

• Background in leading banks or fintech organizations (experience with top 10 Russian banks is advantageous).

• Strong SQL proficiency (MS SQL / PostgreSQL).

• Practical experience with REST API integrations.

• Familiarity with functional and regression testing, ideally for scoring or decisioning systems.

• Knowledge of test automation tools or scripting is a plus.
