System Administrator, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windows on our client devices.

• You will plan, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the client environment.

• Your role will involve continuous optimization and proactive troubleshooting of technical problems.

• You will manage and provision client devices, which includes the distribution of the latest driver packages in the Microsoft environment.

• You will create, maintain, and document Group Policies, system concepts, and operational procedures.

• Handling 2nd-level tickets will be part of your responsibilities in IT service management.

• You will be accountable for integrating new hardware models and ensuring smooth rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree* in Computer Science, Communications, or Telecommunications, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through extensive professional experience.

• Strong understanding of client system administration on Windows, including proficiency with Group Policies.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Configuration Manager.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum level C1) and solid professional English skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to work autonomously with robust analytical capabilities.

• A collaborative team player.

• Strong communication abilities and a responsible, goal-oriented approach to work.
