This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, profitability, retention, and operational performance within the Commercial Lines portfolio.
• Formulate and implement strategies to boost new business production, enhance cross-sell penetration, and foster organic growth.
• Guide HUB Leaders, producers, and sales leadership teams to promote accountability and consistent production outcomes.
• Fortify carrier partnerships, manage market access, and ensure competitive placement strategies across key commercial segments.
• Standardize processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and service delivery models to enhance efficiency and client results.
• Recruit, develop, and retain commercial leaders, producers, and service professionals.
• Assess, integrate, and optimize acquired agencies and commercial books of business.
• Contribute to the formulation of company strategy, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Ensure outstanding commercial client service while maintaining retention and account profitability.
• Advocate for tools, systems, and data-driven decision-making to elevate producer effectiveness and operational scalability.
• Achieve or surpass Commercial Lines revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Enhance organic growth and producer productivity.
• Boost retention across critical commercial client segments.
• Implement standardized operating metrics, reporting, and accountability processes.
• Execute integration and optimization plans for acquired commercial operations.
• Strengthen leadership succession planning and bench depth.
• Improve collaboration among Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Benefits, and Corporate functions.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial insurance brokerage or agency operations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale business units with accountability for growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Experience leading multi-location teams, including producers, sales leaders, service teams, and operational staff.
• Extensive knowledge of middle market, large commercial, specialty, and risk management solutions.
• Ability to establish executive-level carrier partnerships and negotiate market opportunities.
• Proven history of driving significant organic growth through producer recruitment, development, and accountability.
• Experience in integrating acquired agencies and aligning their systems, processes, and cultures.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience leading a regional or national commercial insurance platform.
• Background in private equity-backed brokerage.
• Multi-state insurance operations leadership experience.
• Experience implementing performance scorecards and frameworks for producer accountability.
• Advanced understanding of agency management systems, analytics, and commercial service models.
• Familiarity with an agency management system and service-metrics reporting.
