Sustainability Internship – Supporting Employees with Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and organize best practices to assist employees in embracing and utilizing artificial intelligence.

• Create deliverables that are ready for consulting purposes for large organizations.

• Perform both internal and external interviews.

• Generate a succinct synthesis deliverable that can be presented by the firm and utilized with its clients.

• Share the findings of the study with the Sustainability team.

• Current student at a prestigious engineering school, business school, or major university.

• Enthusiasm for management, digital topics, and CSR/sustainability.

• Educational background or specialization in social sciences, management, sustainability, innovation, or organizational change.

• A keen sense of curiosity, strong analytical abilities, and a willingness to take ownership of new topics.

• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Results-oriented with a passion for challenges.

• Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
