This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gain insight into their operations, team structure, challenges, and current workflows.

• Create end-to-end business process maps to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, breakdowns in handoffs, and opportunities for replacing manual efforts with AI solutions.

• Evaluate each client's operations and develop a prioritized automation roadmap that outlines clear expected outcomes.

• Determine which processes are most suitable for AI automation, including email triage, reporting, follow-ups, hiring workflows, data entry, scheduling, approvals, and more.

• Configure and implement AI managers, executive assistants, smart rules, goals, task workflows, and automation triggers within the Alexia platform.

• Establish and oversee integrations between Alexia and client systems, such as CRM (HubSpot), accounting (Xero), HR/ATS platforms, email, calendar, and various business tools.

• Set up MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and manage API-based integrations to enhance platform capabilities.

• Develop and optimize AI agent prompts, instructions, and workflows to align with specific client business logic.

• Test, validate, and troubleshoot configurations to ensure reliable automation performance in production environments.

• Identify and resolve integration issues, API failures, data synchronization challenges, and platform configuration errors.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

• Monitor automation performance and proactively identify issues to prevent client impact.

• Maintain documentation for client configurations, integration setups, and troubleshooting processes.

• Provide training for client teams on effective use of Alexia, including running working sessions, creating guides, and facilitating the transition from manual practices to AI-assisted workflows.

• Evaluate automation performance, refine configurations, and uncover new automation opportunities as client needs evolve.

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, each at various stages of setup and maturity.

• Serve as the continuous point of contact for clients regarding maximizing AI value in their operations.

• Relay real client needs, friction points, and feature gaps to the Alexia product and engineering teams.

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on insights gathered from client engagements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on role that integrates business analysis or process improvement with technical implementation, such as operations, solutions engineering, technical account management, or related fields.

• Strong capability to map and analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design effective automated solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI tools and automation concepts, including AI assistants, workflow automation, prompt engineering, integrations, and AI-driven decision-making.

• Practical experience with API integrations, webhooks, and connecting SaaS platforms (experience with MCP is advantageous).

• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting SaaS platforms; experience in setting up CRMs, automation tools, or similar systems for yourself or clients is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting client-facing discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and leading solution walkthroughs.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating between business owners who focus on outcomes and technical teams that operate within systems.

• Strong project management skills, able to monitor timelines and ensure follow-through without needing reminders.

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).

• Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), accounting software (Xero), HR, or recruitment platforms.

• Experience in crafting or refining AI prompts and agent instructions.

• Understanding of OAuth, API authentication, and fundamental data security principles.
