This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage in conversations and address customer emails to resolve the technical issues they encounter.
• Compile a daily report detailing bugs and recurring inquiries from customers.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss the weekly customer support experience, identify areas for improvement, and determine actions needed for enhanced customer support.
• Draft documentation and maintain records of frequent inquiries and content gaps for the content writing team.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Technical product support is essential.
