Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to PWT sales teams and clientele.

• Address inquiries related to design.

• Create engineered solutions for intricate design challenges.

• Achieve or surpass the Engineering Service Level Agreement (SLA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• EIT Certification.

• Experience in light frame construction is preferred.

• Familiarity with the design of EWP products (I-Joist, LVL, LSL, PSL, GLB) is advantageous.

• Understanding of current codes is essential.
