This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Assume responsibility for issues raised by customers and ensure they are resolved effectively.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and determine solutions to address customer concerns.
• Adhere to established protocols for the appropriate escalation of unresolved matters to relevant internal teams.
• Deliver timely and precise feedback to customers.
• Possess a strong desire for knowledge and consistently seek to enhance both technical and non-technical skills.
• You are fully fluent in English with exceptional written communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, complemented by experience in online customer support.
• Proficient in technologies such as Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching mechanisms (object and page).
• Have a solid understanding of WordPress, including database structure, file/directory layout, wp-config.php directives, and other common topics related to WordPress. Experience with WP-CLI is preferred.
• Comfortable operating within a command line environment, including file management, reading and interpreting server logs, and meticulous attention to command line syntax.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, Buildpacks, Dockerfiles, third-party Git repository services (like GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket), npm, or Composer is advantageous.
