This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist our partners through phone, email, and a ticketing system for the cybersecurity solutions we provide.
• You will receive customer inquiries, analyze them, and evaluate their needs.
• You will manage standard requests independently.
• You will collaborate with colleagues from 2nd-level support or the vendor for more complex issues.
• You will work closely with pre-sales colleagues to offer valuable, practical insights into projects.
• You will engage in a variety of tasks within existing and new projects at regional, national, and international levels.
• You will participate in national and international events organized by Exclusive Networks and our vendors for your ongoing professional development.
• You possess basic networking knowledge (DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS).
• You have a self-motivated, organized working style and enjoy collaborating on solutions as part of a team.
• You are personable, articulate, and possess strong listening skills.
• You exhibit an analytical and logical mindset.
• You are passionate about new technologies in the fields of cybersecurity and cloud solutions, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Previous experience with products from our partners (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Tanium, Infoblox, Extreme Networks, F5 Networks, etc.) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• You are proficient in German and regularly utilize your good English skills, both in writing and speaking.
• You present yourself in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• You approach your work with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset and maintain resilience under demanding workloads.
