This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Assist customers with the development and utilization of the Digibee Platform

• Quickly address client inquiries and manage complaints

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by troubleshooting faults

• Help customers swiftly identify the underlying causes of their challenges

• Provide prompt and precise feedback to customers and ensure follow-up until issues are resolved

• Handle multiple cases concurrently and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions

• Implement processes that uphold exceptional Customer Support Service quality

• Enhance internal procedures by promoting efficiency and agility through AI-driven solutions and the automation of support tasks

• Strong understanding of programming logic and proficiency in integration patterns

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB

• Understanding of web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and APIs

• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, security measures, and certificate utilization

• Basic networking knowledge with the ability to assess and troubleshoot everyday network issues

• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka, including their queues, topics, producers, and consumers

• Capacity to respond to critical incidents with quick and effective communication with other teams

• Investigative mindset

• Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in English

• Intermediate level of Spanish

• Awareness of cloud architecture and DevOps best practices is an advantage

• Practical experience in SDLC, including coding, testing, and deployment, is a plus
