This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients concerning organizational support issues.
• You act as a liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring their needs are effectively represented.
• You are tasked with monitoring and documenting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that have been contractually established.
• You will organize and facilitate support and de-escalation meetings.
• As the Feedback Manager, you will engage in extensive coordination and clarification while maintaining thorough documentation of each case.
• To achieve your objectives, you will collaborate closely with management, project managers, sales teams, support staff, and the development department.
• You have completed vocational training or possess relevant professional experience in the healthcare industry.
• You are service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and an excellent communicator, with fluency in German (both spoken and written).
• You have strong business acumen and exceptional communication abilities.
• You demonstrate a high level of organizational and negotiation skills, along with initiative, dedication, and the capability to work independently as part of a team.
• You possess analytical skills and approach your responsibilities in a confident, structured, and goal-driven manner.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• You are well-versed in MS Office applications.
