Support and Administrator for SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming support tickets, develop documentation regarding the current infrastructure, and assist the Platform Manager.

• Work collaboratively with administrators of various Microsoft 365 services.

• Engage in cross-functional meetings and contribute to initiatives that affect the entire platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seeking 3 junior or intermediate candidates for daily operational support and administration of Microsoft cloud services.

• Effectively oversee and address daily support tickets related to Microsoft services.

• Track platform performance and escalate issues as needed.

• Develop and update documentation for the existing infrastructure.

• Provide continuous technical and operational assistance to the Platform Managers.

• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot.

• Recognize opportunities for automation and process improvement.
