This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Analyze, replicate, and resolve customer-reported issues of varying complexity.
• Offer both written and verbal consultations to troubleshoot customer-related problems.
• Evaluate whether the bug is due to an external factor, a user error, or if it necessitates a solution from the product engineering department.
• Record all reported issues, tailored solutions, and product defects in the support call tracking system.
• A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level is essential).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with application servers such as WebLogic, Websphere, and JBoss.
• Experience in programming/support with Java.
• Proficient in using DML language in SQL or MySQL.
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, application servers, and Web services.
• Understanding of SSL certificates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems Windows and Linux.
