This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist customers via chat and ticketing platforms with various account-related issues, such as billing modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
• Walk customers through the product activation and licensing procedures.
• Oversee and modify customer personal account details.
• Educate customers on utilizing product functionality within the web interface and client application.
• Aid customers in configuring security settings and ensuring overall account wellness.
• Assess technical issues and appropriately escalate them to the technical support team.
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable customer ticketing systems.
• Demonstrated history in customer interaction and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engagement through phone, email, and chat.
• Capability to swiftly acquire knowledge of new systems and product details.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Competence in basic troubleshooting techniques, including web browser navigation and cookie clearance.
• Awareness of application installation and removal processes.
• Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
