This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and acquire new GPU supply from NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and various technical infrastructure vendors.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance a pipeline of supplier relationships from the first contact to the final agreement.
• Negotiate terms including pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract conditions, and termination provisions.
• Manage supplier negotiations leading to the execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial contracts.
• Perform commercial due diligence on suppliers, confirming GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational dependability, and counterparty risks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure supplier agreements align with customer demand and market economics.
• Work alongside the Legal team to guarantee that supplier contracts accurately represent the negotiated commercial terms.
• Keep track of market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Represent Hyperbolic at industry events, conferences, and meetings with customers.
• Create scalable processes and best practices as the global supply network expands.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Around 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply chain, sales, or commercial functions within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience in negotiating commercial agreements related to infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical offerings.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with a track record of managing deals from sourcing to contract execution.
• Ability to assess deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial trade-offs.
• Proficient in reviewing commercial contract language, including SLAs, payment terms, liability clauses, and operational commitments.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple negotiations at once.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish trust with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment that requires high ownership and adaptability to ambiguity.
• A passion for AI infrastructure and a commitment to keeping up with developments in the compute ecosystem.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Nice-to-have: experience with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting firms, or infrastructure marketplaces.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategies.
• Nice-to-have: experience in infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.
