This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee bVital's supplement business from start to finish: from the initial conversation with a patient regarding their protocol to the follow-up call that ensures their continued adherence month after month.
• Report directly to the COO and take responsibility for supplement revenue as a key metric on the business's scorecard.
• Conduct supplement review and reorder discussions with current patients utilizing consultative frameworks and approved scripts; aim to finalize orders during the call whenever possible.
• Clearly articulate the purpose of each supplement in simple language, linking it to the patient's individual objectives and the provider's intent.
• Address objections with empathy and factual information, rather than applying pressure.
• Promote recurring purchases through continuity strategies, simplifying routines, and proactive follow-ups.
• Identify clinically relevant add-ons or bundles that genuinely benefit the patient.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM after each consultation.
• Take charge of escalations and recovery for patients who encounter difficulties with ordering, have run out of supplements, or feel unsupported.
• Provide exceptional ordering support via the patient portal, email, and phone.
• Ensure that every patient exits the interaction with a clear understanding of next steps, timelines, and follow-up plans.
• Minimize ordering obstacles through templates, guides, and proactive outreach before patients face challenges.
• Analyze Zendesk and portal feedback trends, addressing recurring issues at their source.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive supplement performance dashboard.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, call scripts, and training materials for the program.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of supplement support representatives.
• Authentic understanding of supplements, functional nutrition, or integrative health (able to discuss this in a conversational manner, not just technically).
• A minimum of 2 years in a sales, patient success, or customer-facing role related to health.
• Consultative selling abilities: you achieve success by helping others rather than by being pushy.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the discipline to maintain accurate records after each interaction.
• Self-motivated: you effectively manage your own pipeline, follow-up schedules, and program without the need for direct management.
• Bonus: Experience in a clinical wellness, functional medicine, or nutraceutical setting.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable support tools.
• Experience in creating or refining SOPs and sales scripts.
• 50% employer-covered health insurance (employee-only coverage), available after your first full month.
• $1,000 annual treatment credit for bVital services, along with tiered service discounts at the Park City center.
• 15 PTO days per year (10 vacation, 5 sick), plus 6 paid holidays with floating options.
• Eligibility for 401(k) after 60 days.
• 40% employee discount on in-house supplements and wellness products.
• $500 annual budget for training and education.
• Opportunities for paid conferences and travel, subject to approval.
