This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee staff, which includes training, assigning work, monitoring performance, administering rewards, handling disciplinary actions, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
• Ensure adherence to CMS policies and procedures while confirming that acquisition or service release project plans align with the executed servicing-transfer contracts.
• Monitor the quality and timely processing of acquisition service-transfer activities and loan boarding.
• Collaborate with the current servicer to facilitate the transfer of information for ongoing loan servicing.
• Guarantee compliance with existing state and federal regulations regarding loan servicing.
• Supervise pipeline activities and loan onboarding to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, training improvements, and coaching needs.
• Maintain appropriate control environments and reporting mechanisms at both individual and departmental levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Partner with executive management to develop departmental policies and procedures.
• Establish and uphold departmental workflows in conjunction with Managers.
• Create training guidelines and implement enhancements for quality and productivity.
• Ensure that policies, procedures, and training materials are clearly defined and validated on an annual basis.
• Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Ensure that staff adhere to established servicing best practices.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years in escrow and mortgage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in loan boarding and acquisition.
• At least one (1) year of experience with data analytics and data mapping.
• Comprehensive knowledge of loan servicing best practices and loan transfers.
• Intermediate familiarity with FiServ/LoanServ, LenStar, New Invoice, and Equator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide counsel to Senior Management on projects and serve as the principal spokesperson in the area of expertise.
• Capacity to make decisions that significantly impact departmental credibility, operations, and services.
• Competence in organizing and prioritizing the work schedules of others over the long term.
• Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret complex statistical data, and develop forecasts and computer models.
• Skill in composing detailed reports, work-related manuals, and limited-scope publications, along with making presentations outside the immediate work area.
