This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Provide clinical oversight and administrative management as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services in our 24/7/365 Contact Center.
β’ Utilize appropriate techniques and a versatile interpersonal approach to mentor others: deliver timely guidance and feedback services.
β’ Contribute to the development, assessment, and updating of crisis services and clinical policies: accountable for crisis services and clinical procedures.
β’ Assess and monitor clinical and crisis key performance indicators.
β’ Conduct quality and compliance audits; ensure both aggregate and individual feedback mechanisms for performance enhancement.
β’ Offer coaching and supervision to team leads for effective call center operations management.
β’ Facilitate the training of all new team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists.
β’ Oversee the integration of trauma-informed care practices into clinical supervision, oversight, and policies.
β’ Proactively initiate, communicate, and collaborate with contact center leadership regarding program service delivery and components, training, evaluation, and outcomes, clinical initiatives, and new projects, while fostering a successful team.
β’ Participate in rotating clinical on-call responsibilities.
β’ Provide real-time support to staff through clinical staffing, call monitoring, and responding to incoming crisis calls as necessary.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Masterβs Degree.
β’ Current CO Behavioral Health License (LPC, LCSW, PSY, LMFT) OR an out-of-state Behavioral Health License with CO Behavioral Health Board Endorsement.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the behavioral health industry, including 1 year in clinical management.
β’ At least 2 years of crisis experience and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
