This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee operations and leadership for Behavioral Health Care Managers and Associate Behavioral Health Care Managers.
• Train, mentor, and provide continuous performance evaluations for ABHCMs and BHCMs.
• Offer clinical and administrative advice, case consultations, and support for intricate cases.
• Ensure that Collaborative Care services adhere to CoCM principles, including systematic case reviews, measurement-based care, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Assist with comprehensive assessments, brief evidence-based interventions, and care coordination with oncology teams.
• Track caseloads, workflows, program metrics, performance indicators, patient satisfaction, and care outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between behavioral health providers, oncology providers, and psychiatric consultants.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, CMS guidelines, billing requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Perform chart audits and supervise documentation practices.
• Contribute to the development of clinical workflows, resource allocation, continuous improvement, data collection, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with Outreach and Partner Success teams to identify behavioral health needs and enhance access to integrated care.
• Maintain a limited active patient caseload.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, provide brief evidence-based interventions, and track treatment progress.
• Coordinate patient-centered treatment planning with psychiatric consultants, oncology teams, and medical providers.
• Act as a clinical role model for ABHCMs and BHCMs.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active clinical license, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent, in at least one state.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with the Collaborative Care Model or behavioral health in medical environments.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
• Preferred experience in oncology, palliative care, or chronic disease behavioral health.
• Familiarity with CoCM billing, documentation, and population health management tools is preferred.
