Superintendent, Data Center – Light Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all daily operations at the jobsite.

• Supervise subcontractors and labor involved in construction projects.

• Ensure that tasks are carried out safely and systematically, adhering to the quality program and original specifications.

• Uphold our commitment to executing projects correctly and in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining or enhancing the schedule.

• Enforce all safety regulations and quality initiatives, demonstrating strong performance during safety audits.

• Develop look-ahead schedules and manage project schedule controls.

• Identify and communicate issues or deficiencies to the Project Manager.

• Record on-site activities that may hinder progress or compliance with project/contract requirements.

• Review change orders with the Project Manager prior to implementation.

• Maintain strict oversight of the budget for each work activity.

• Assist in the preparation of project status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in construction as a Superintendent.

• Willingness to travel extensively and temporarily stay at the project site for prolonged periods, with travel home provided every other weekend.

• Ability to manage and adhere to a Critical Path project schedule.

• Comprehensive understanding of and ability to maintain an up-to-date and complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related materials.

• A strong desire to succeed.

• General computer skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies for scheduling and reporting.
