Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, coordination, and oversight of all facets of a project.

• Involved in job organization and management of field staff.

• Initiate the creation of a project schedule, encompassing activities and logical sequencing.

• Review and comprehend project financial details in collaboration with Project Management.

• Partner in the preparation and continual updating of the Work Progress Schedule (WPS).

• Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss schedules and coordinate diverse scopes of work.

• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with current plans and drawings.

• Generate comprehensive and timely daily reports.

• Assist in reviewing submittals and shop drawings to ensure they meet project specifications.

• Develop and implement the Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience; 8+ years is preferred.

• OSHA 30 Hour certification.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Successful completion of a medical physical examination.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
