Summer Intern – Sales Operations Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the gathering, structuring, and verification of sales and customer information from CRM and various business systems.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and essential business metrics.

• Examine trends and pinpoint opportunities to enhance data integrity, reporting precision, and operational efficiency.

• Create summaries and visual representations to assist in business assessments and leadership decision-making.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams on special projects and analyses.

• Document procedures and suggest enhancements to reporting and data management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Experience with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
