This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Regularly engage with clients, referral sources, field staff, and local community members.
• Act as a resource for clients and community partners, providing guidance on their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with a high-impact team of medical providers, recovery coaches, and coordinators.
• Deliver thorough feedback and maintain clinical progress notes on client interactions.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients effectively.
• Work in partnership with community stakeholders on case management and care coordination initiatives.
• Manage group dynamics with sound, professional judgment while ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Participate in regular training sessions, meetings, and supervision as required.
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions, or a related field.
• Valid Maine License as LADC, CADC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCISW.
• Master’s level education is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in substance use or a related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the state of Maine.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Proven experience in leading group therapy sessions and effectively engaging with individuals and groups via telehealth/Zoom.
• Comfortable navigating an EMR and/or EHR system, including updating clinical documentation.
• Willingness to travel locally within the communities served.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work two evenings a week to accommodate member needs.
• Self-motivated to assist as many individuals as possible, with a team-oriented "all hands on deck" attitude, and organized multitasking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Must have reliable internet service with fast upload/download capabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health or proprietary information in any work environment.
• A quiet space is required to communicate with members, team members, or external partners with minimal background noise and distractions.
