This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee on-site styling, installation, and final layouts for residential projects

• Style furniture, artwork, accessories, textiles, and décor in accordance with approved designs

• Guide installation teams on placement and necessary adjustments

• Make design decisions when site conditions necessitate changes

• Ensure that completed spaces are cohesive, polished, and ready for the client

• Conduct client walkthroughs and showcase finished spaces

• Articulate styling decisions and the design intent effectively

• Collect and address client feedback

• Inspect finished spaces for quality, accuracy, and completeness

• Identify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items

• Create innovative solutions through substitutions and layout modifications

• Collaborate with Warehouse and Procurement teams to address outstanding items

• Work alongside Designers and Design Production to grasp plans and project objectives

• Partner with Installation Leads and Drivers to ensure an efficient installation process

• Communicate timelines, potential risks, and site conditions to Project Managers

• Complete post-installation reports, photographs, punch lists, and necessary documentation

• 3–5 years of practical experience in interior styling, residential design, model home staging, visual merchandising, or a similar field

• Proven experience in bringing design concepts to fruition through final installation

• Strong sense of design, composition, proportion, and attention to detail

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and installation teams

• Capability to make confident design decisions and troubleshoot on-site

• Proficient in reading design plans, elevations, and furniture layouts

• Enjoys hands-on work and thrives in various environments

• Willingness to travel frequently from Monday to Friday

• Valid driver’s license required

• Bachelor’s Degree
