Student Worker II, Career Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on HireDeVry (DeVry Online Job Board) for a variety of local, regional, and national roles across all DeVry degree programs, as instructed.

• Document and update notes and records in Salesforce and HireDeVry.

• Perform research on internships and full-time job opportunities as assigned, assisting students, alumni, and employers.

• Revise and maintain Employer Partner Distribution Lists, as required.

• Post announcements, hiring events, information sessions, and career fairs on HireDeVry for students and alumni.

• Refresh content in Employer and Career Services booths for Virtual Career Fairs on the e-platform, as directed.

• Make outbound calls and send emails to students, alumni, and employers regarding upcoming appointments, career events, and other opportunities, as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently be an enrolled student.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Current student in good standing with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

• Must be enrolled in at least six credits per semester.

• Eligible for FWS funding.

• Proficient computer skills and a customer service mindset are essential.
