Student Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for learners from the onboarding stage through to course completion.

• Facilitate both individual and group support sessions for learners across various time zones.

• Assist learners in developing structured study plans and tracking their progress towards completion.

• Proactively identify and resolve learning or engagement issues, providing practical solutions.

• Ensure clear and prompt communication through email, chat, and video conferencing.

• Work in collaboration with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to meet learner objectives.

• Track and assess learner performance and engagement using various tools and reports.

• Gather and analyze feedback from learners to suggest improvements in processes.

• Offer support to alumni and cultivate a sense of community among former participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in educational or training settings.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of learners.

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in facilitating online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments.

• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of managing sensitive information professionally.

• A strong sense of accountability and ownership regarding learner outcomes.
