📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a high-performing team through daily guidance, mentorship, and support.

• Oversee workload management, staffing, utilization, and resource planning.

• Set group goals and priorities that align with client needs, team dynamics, and business objectives.

• Assess group performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, engagement, quality, and overall performance.

• Convey priorities, initiatives, expectations, and updates effectively.

• Collaborate with leadership across various teams to align resources, fulfill project requirements, and achieve business goals.

• Cultivate enduring client relationships through responsive communication and trustworthy partnerships.

• Assist in client engagement, proposal development, interviews, and strategic initiatives.

• Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members.

• Adhere to company values, policies, and safety standards.

• Lead structural engineering and design project delivery across industrial sectors such as agriculture, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, mining, pharmaceuticals, wastewater, and bioenergy.

• Minimum of four years of experience supervising technical personnel.

• Over 8 years of structural engineering experience, including projects related to industrial facilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related discipline is preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
