📋 Description

• Create comprehensive structural BIM models and detailed construction drawings that adhere to project specifications.

• Conduct material quantification to ensure project accuracy throughout the design phase.

• Leverage Bluebeam for the review and coordination of documentation.

• Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and engineering teams during all project stages.

• Assist in site modeling and the integration of point cloud workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in structural design and drafting.

• Advanced expertise in Revit Structure is essential.

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary BIM coordination processes.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
