• - **Strategic problem-solving:** Identify intricate operational and regulatory issues, develop solutions from foundational principles, and ensure their successful implementation.

• - **Outsourcing & risk frameworks:** Establish and oversee frameworks for managing inter-group outsourcing services, including performance management, risk evaluation, and strategic oversight of service execution.

• - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Facilitate coordination among compliance, legal, product, and operations teams to deliver top-tier products.

• - **Designing workflows and systems:** Create and execute scalable operational controls that encompass vendor due diligence processes, risk monitoring, and service performance utilizing RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and autonomous automation.
