Strategy Execution – Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee several high-profile and impactful strategy projects.

• Conduct interviews and collaborative sessions with leaders in Enterprise Growth and throughout the organization.

• Guide teams in performing industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.

• Extract and clarify analytical insights for Humana.

• Develop high-quality analyses and deliverables that outline objectives, issues, and challenges.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly.

• Shape considerations for implementation and transition analysis into actionable steps with business owners.

• Facilitate key meetings and steer diverse groups towards consensus.

• Integrate strategic options across the Growth organization into a unified plan to enhance growth and profitability.

• Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, executive Management Team members, and leaders from corporate, functional, and business units.

• Mentor and nurture the development of junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with exceptional academic credentials.

• 6–8+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.

• Proven track record of leadership.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional development.

• MBA, MPH, PhD, or a graduate degree in a management-related field is preferred.

• Experience in managed care and/or healthcare services is preferred.

• Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home use.

• Capability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
