Strategic Proposal Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work alongside proposal managers and sales leaders to create engaging and distinctive proposal content.

• Perform research on the market and therapeutic areas.

• Provide strategic insights during planning meetings by identifying client requirements and suggesting study methodologies.

• Ensure the delivery of viable, high-quality solutions.

• Take ownership of the proposal development process from strategy formulation to final delivery.

• Oversee timelines and guarantee alignment among stakeholders.

• Maintain and improve proposal and contract templates.

• Contribute to the creation of case studies and materials for thought leadership.

• Share insights gained to enhance processes.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in FSO and FSP proposal writing within the CRO sector.

• Extensive experience in proposal and/or contract management from a CRO or similar organization.

• FSP experience is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to write clearly and impactfully.

• Understanding of clinical research across various regions and cultures.

• Experience in multinational work environments.

• Capacity to collaborate with individuals at all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design tools, and database systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

• Comprehensive understanding of FSP models, clinical study execution, and contractual frameworks.

• Proven track record in developing compelling and differentiated proposal strategies.
