• Compose detailed, SEO-friendly city landing pages centered around keywords related to “Living In” and “Moving To.”

• Generate articles that provide overviews of the “Best Neighborhoods.”

• Develop comprehensive neighborhood profiles with in-depth insights.

• Create timeless “must-do” bucket-list content.

• Perform both traditional and AI-assisted research methods.

• Cross-check information with local publications, reviews, and trusted sources.

• Rigorously fact-check all information presented.

• Differentiate between lasting attractions and fleeting trends.

• Ensure the content is substantial enough to encourage extended engagement time.

• Integrate SEO best practices and align with search intent.

• Uphold third-party editorial neutrality, steering clear of realtor influence.

• Engage in strategy discussions as necessary.

• Conduct brief interviews to gather local quotes.

• Write a total of 40 articles focused on Middle and East Tennessee.
