Strategic Planner, Pharma Agency Ad Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Extract insights and strategic recommendations from research and data analytics.

• Create high-quality, client-ready deliverables across various projects.

• Engage in client meetings and present materials to both internal teams and clients as necessary.

• Aid and impact the agency's planning process while ensuring the effective utilization of research resources.

• Keep abreast of industry news, technology, research, insights, competitors, accounts, and creative developments.

• Assist senior Planning staff in formulating viewpoints and investigating new strategic methodologies.

• Articulate strategic methodologies, source data, and provide justifications for ideas or strategies.

• Actively collaborate with the Planning and broader project team to contribute and cooperate.

• Develop innovative solutions and strategic tactics to address client business challenges.

• Guide others on emerging technologies and opportunities beyond the client’s specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 2–5 years of experience in agency, planning, digital, healthcare, or related fields.

• Experience in pharmaceutical agency advertising is required.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles, methods, and techniques.

• Strong analytical skills.

• A keen curiosity and passion for researching healthcare consumer and physician behaviors.

• Capability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment that values creativity and data.

• Proficiency in independently generating client-ready documentation.

• Ability to articulate strategic methodologies, source data, and provide justification.
