
Strategic Learning & Organization Senior Consultant – Life Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in client meetings and interviews to gain insights into current challenges and business objectives, gathering information to guide deliverables.
• Develop detailed project deliverables — such as kick-off presentations, executive summaries, status reports, and meeting notes — that adhere to Salience’s quality and client-readiness criteria.
• Design educational content (presentation slides, scenarios, case studies, facilitator notes, digital modules) utilizing adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
• Assist in creating design documents that describe learner-focused solutions for workshops, learning series, or comprehensive curriculum strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee timelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality work within budget across multiple projects.
• Aid in the development and execution of operational models, organizational frameworks, learning solutions, and talent development strategies that align with business goals.
• Contribute to project workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and managing timelines to produce high-quality deliverables on budget.
• Perform thorough evaluations of deliverables to verify they meet Salience’s quality and client readiness standards prior to submission to the Project Manager/Lead.
• Engage in current state assessments, benchmarking, and data analysis — including HRIS and workforce data — to provide competitive, actionable insights.
• Monitor client requests and program modifications to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Efficiently support legal, medical, and regulatory review processes for each deliverable.
• Communicate the value propositions of Blue Matter and Salience Learning, explaining the rationale behind strategies and design choices for clients.
• Assist with additional internal and client initiatives as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, or human capital advisory roles.
• More than 3 years of experience in creating project deliverables, with a proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: operating model design, learning strategy/design, or workforce planning and organizational transformation.
• Experience in supporting learning initiatives and organizational transformation through structural and behavioral changes.
• Proven ability to execute the vision and create deliverables.
• Highly driven to learn, grow, and challenge oneself daily.
• A strong sense of urgency in creating and achieving goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentation.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
