This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Accountable for driving revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
• Reports to the Strategic Customer Development Lead for the APAC region.
• Collaborates with the Market Development Manager and other essential Regions and Programs Operations personnel.
• Formulates and executes strategic sales initiatives to meet performance objectives.
• Transforms industry prospects into loyal customers.
• Establishes and utilizes valuable relationships to enhance USP’s account penetration.
• Conducts on-site visits to both assigned and unassigned accounts.
• Identifies key users, influencers, and decision-makers for USP’s offerings.
• Gains insights into customer usage of USP products and uncovers opportunities for new business.
• Develops account strategies focused on increasing sales and strengthening relationships.
• Oversees lead follow-up stemming from campaigns, trade shows, and events.
• Works in conjunction with scientific affairs and marketing teams to bolster customer support and loyalty.
• Analyzes data and generates reports on customer sales trends for both USP and competitor products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related scientific discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of proven success in sales and account management within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Biopharma Lab Services sectors.
• Strong account management abilities, with a knack for uncovering customer needs and providing solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and planning skills are essential.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into customers and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Self-driven, action-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various teams and a successful track record in a complex, global, matrixed, and fast-paced multitasking environment.
• Experience in an analytical laboratory is preferred.
• Familiarity with delivering presentations to groups is a plus.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively for a balanced work-life quality.
