This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in enhancing the strategic readiness of Army logistics through planning, assessment, analysis, and integration activities across the enterprise.
• Perform research and analysis to assess trends in readiness, evaluate strategic initiatives, measure organizational performance, and identify emerging issues.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to aid in readiness assessments and support executive decision-making.
• Create executive-quality briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and strategic communications that support Army logistics leadership.
• Aid in the development, execution, and evaluation of initiatives, plans, and priorities related to strategic readiness.
• Coordinate readiness initiatives, recommendations, and strategic activities across numerous Army organizations and stakeholders.
• Evaluate organizational performance, identify capability deficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance readiness and operational efficiency.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, facilitate working groups, and conduct collaborative meetings, while documenting decisions and tracking subsequent actions.
• Transform complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that boost enterprise readiness and mission effectiveness.
• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to improve visibility of readiness and support leadership decision-making.
• Identify avenues for enhancing Army logistics readiness through business process improvements, workflow optimization, automation, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in policy formulation, strategic planning, organizational assessments, and the execution of enterprise initiatives as needed.
• Contribute to business development efforts, which may include market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement as required.
• Carry out additional consulting, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Between three to ten years of professional experience in supporting Army logistics, strategic readiness, DoD, or other complex governmental organizations.
• Proven experience in conducting readiness assessments, strategic planning, operational analysis, or organizational evaluations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated skill in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including prior experience in developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Proven capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• This role necessitates an active Top Secret security clearance.
