This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the complete client lifecycle for designated employer and partner accounts, encompassing implementation support, adoption strategies, performance management, renewals, and long-term retention.
• Create and implement account plans that align with client healthcare and cost-containment strategies.
• Act as the main strategic advisor to HR, Benefits leaders, TPAs, and PBMs.
• Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews that showcase utilization trends, financial performance, savings impact, and member experience metrics.
• Effectively communicate Leap’s value proposition, converting performance data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Exhibit a strong executive presence during data-driven discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Growth and Growth Marketing teams.
• Enhance patient engagement and program utilization among existing accounts.
• Assist in finalist presentations, client references, and testimonials to facilitate new business acquisition.
• Collaborate across functions with clinical, operations, product, and support teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Gather and integrate client feedback to guide process and product enhancements.
• Proactively detect account risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard retention.
• 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits consulting, population health, digital health, or employer-focused client success.
• Experience managing employer accounts and collaborating directly with HR or Benefits leadership, as well as TPAs.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue retention and achieving high client satisfaction.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to effectively present performance data and insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at functioning in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• A collaborative team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred location: Central Time Zone.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
