This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting in achieving operational excellence for our health plan portfolio, which encompasses project support, ticket management, issue resolution, SLA and CAP management; analyzing utilization trends, best practices, and pinpointing opportunities for enhanced reporting.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to grasp business requirements, actively clarifying needs, and formulating actionable recommendations.
• Improving and standardizing reporting analytical solutions for both internal teams and external partners.
• Efficiently addressing ad hoc and regulatory reporting needs while ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.
• Presenting insights through client-facing presentations, data-driven narratives, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings.
• Partnering with both domestic and global internal teams to provide high-quality analyses.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline).
• Over 2 years of experience in analytics and reporting within healthcare, including cost/utilization analysis and membership trend reporting.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) along with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience in delivering actionable business insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in utilizing tools, including AI, to produce impactful data visualizations and communicate insights clearly and succinctly through PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of deriving meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
• A self-driven problem-solver capable of managing multiple projects at once and adapting to changing priorities.
• An effective collaborator who excels in cross-functional settings, seamlessly working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, reimbursement methodologies, and cost/utilization KPIs, including prior authorization data and key performance indicators (e.g., PMPM, trend drivers).
• 1–2 years of client-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and foster strong client relationships.
