Strategic Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers to produce precise, production-ready, and client-facing estimates.

• Engage with vendors and suppliers to confirm pricing, inventory availability, and production schedules.

• Negotiate prices as necessary to safeguard project margins.

• Ensure estimate details align with client specifications, packaging requirements, shipping details, and feasibility constraints.

• Recognize and incorporate special packaging, rush charges, less-than-minimum fees, and additional handling expenses.

• Create shipments while generating shipping rates and tax calculations.

• Include Terms & Notes for clear internal and external communication.

• Add Estimated Future Charges when relevant.

• Follow up after estimates are distributed to address questions and modify details as needed.

• Identify and resolve potential risks or discrepancies prior to impacting production, costs, or client satisfaction.

• Maintain documentation within Brilliant’s internal systems for a smooth transition into production.

• Contribute to process enhancements that optimize workflows and improve the estimating experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating, production planning, quoting, or a comparable logistics-oriented role.

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

• Background in a creative agency or branded merchandise sector is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong accountability for work outcomes.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

• Financial awareness with a focus on sustaining healthy margins.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to simplify complex details into clear, client-friendly terms.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Familiarity with Wrike or Asana is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or Front is a plus.
