This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within large, key accounts.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executives and influential decision-makers.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to thoroughly understand customer challenges and align Sweet Security solutions with their requirements.
• Oversee intricate enterprise sales cycles, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and final closure.
• Collaborate with customer success, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure effective onboarding and sustainable account growth.
• Regularly meet or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly with strategic accounts.
• Background in the cloud security or SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing lengthy, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Strong grasp of enterprise B2B sales methodologies and account-based approaches.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with robust problem-solving skills and the capacity to juggle multiple opportunities at once.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
